  • Therapeutic asana (postures) to relieve tension, improve mobility, and build strength, including support for areas such as the lower back
  • Pranayama (breathwork) to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety
  • Dhyana (meditation) to cultivate emotional balance and mental clarity
  • Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) to support rest, mood regulation, and nervous system recovery
  • Gentle, mindful movement to support healing from chronic pain, anxiety, or depression

The focus is always on integration,  helping you bring these practices into daily life so the benefits last beyond the session.
