Hi there! I work with individuals, couples, and groups including students, cancer and post surgery patients, individuals with back pain, people experiencing limited movement, respiratory disorders, as well as diverse conditions: women’s health, chronic pain, illnesses, and injuries.

My role is to guide you with the right tools pertaining to you on your journey to self-discovery, growth and healing.
I offer my services in both English & French.
